The challenges of the past three months have reinforced the importance of relationships between staff and clients. SEK will continue to focus on the health and safety of the SEK team and our visitors as we prepare to take the next step toward reopening.  
 
Governor Wolf of Pennsylvania and Governor Hogan of Maryland recently announced plans to re-open many non-essential businesses. Beginning Monday, June 8th, all SEK offices will be open by appointment only. Doors will remain locked, but we would be happy to schedule an appointment with you.
 
While we are glad to meet with you in person, we must continue to limit the number of visitors at each office location. If you would like to schedule a meeting or coordinate drop-off/pick-up of your documents, please call or email your Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to schedule an appointment in advance. If you are not certain who you should contact, fill out the contact us form on our website and we will get you in touch with the right person.
 
Please note that you will be required to wear a mask for the entirety of the appointment, and we will practice social distancing. Your CRM will communicate safety protocols with you prior to your meeting. If you do not have a mask available, one will be provided to you. We will take extra time to sanitize desks and common areas between appointments to ensure your safety.
 
We are continuing to encourage submission of your documents electronically using your secure portal account or via fax. Contact your CRM if you need help setting up or using your portal. You will be able to send and receive documents, sign your e-file forms, and retrieve a copy of your tax return online. We will also continue to accept deliveries from USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex.
