SEK, CPAs & Advisors announced that the firm has won ClearlyRated's 2023 Best of Accounting® Award. This is the third consecutive year SEK has won this award. Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings from their clients. SEK, CPAs & Advisors received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 91.3% of their clients, significantly higher than the accounting industry average of 50% in 2022.
The firm received a Net Promoter® Score of 90%, compared to the accounting industry’s average of 39% in 2022. Used by more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies, NPS is a satisfaction metric based on a single survey question that asks clients how likely they would be, on a scale of 0-10, to recommend a company to a friend or colleague. According to global NPS standards, a score of 50% or above is considered “excellent,” with above 70% considered “world-class.”
