To you - valued client of SEK,

Since our inception in 1963, the health and well-being of our clients, employees, and the communities we serve is our highest priority. We take our responsibility as your trusted advisor very seriously, both professionally and personally. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, I am writing to share with you some of the steps we are taking to protect the SEK team and our clients.
 
As of this morning, we have encouraged our team to work from home. Many of SEK's staff have already been taking advantage of our remote-working technology, and we expect to continue to efficiently serve the needs of our clients remotely. 

Effective Wednesday, March 18, our offices will be closed to the public. During the next two weeks, you will not be able to physically drop off or pick up documents at SEK’s offices. You are encouraged to submit your documents electronically or via fax. We will also continue to accept deliveries from USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex.

Contact your Client Relationship Manager (CRM) if you need help setting up or using your secure portal account. You will be able to send and receive documents, sign your e-file forms, and retrieve a copy of your tax return online.

All client meetings will be conducted by phone or video conference via Microsoft Teams. Our receptionists will continue to answer telephone calls and will direct you to your CRM.
 
We are committed to doing all we can to attend to the health and well-being of our staff and doing our part to slow the spread of the virus in our communities, while being available to support you and your businesses during these challenging and uncertain times.
 
Our team is monitoring the situation daily, taking into account guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), public health agencies, and Pennsylvania and Maryland state officials. We will adapt our protocols as necessary and keep you apprised of all updates and changes.
