Firm Leadership

Deb joined the firm in 2000 and oversees the Accounting Service Department for the Hanover and York Offices. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in providing full-service bookkeeping for a wide variety of businesses including construction, medical, real estate, repair/maintenance, retail, nonprofit, and governmental boroughs and townships. She works closely with many clients by providing on-site and remote assistance for their day-to-day operations, tailored to each client’s needs.

Deb is a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, which equips her with the latest updates and changes to the software. This certification and her years of experience allow her to provide QuickBooks services to clients, including assisting clients with their QuickBooks setup as well as conversions from Desktop to Online software. She also follows through with continued training and support. 

An experienced payroll and payroll tax provider, Deb assists clients with tax agency registrations, setup of employee files, and preparation of client payroll and payroll tax returns. Her membership in the American Payroll Association allows her to access timely information on changes in payroll reporting and withholding requirements. 

In addition to her client responsibilities, Deb is a presenter for the firm’s in-house continuing education programs.
